After this training you will be able to…

• Describe the different file transport protocols and their advantages and disadvantages.
• Operate scanning by SMB, FTP and E-mail, using the correct settings, according to scan purpose and original type, given a configured machine and environment setup.
• Perform the correct setup of SMB, FTP and Email SMTP) scan connections and address book destinations, given a configured network, an MFP and its user guide.
• Analyze and correct situations in which scanning does not work correctly.
